General Information

Ceremony Service -  Those wishing to host the Wedding Ceremony at the Club will be charged a $125 fee.

Rehearsal Dinners -  Townsend Ridge encourages each Bride & Groom to also plan their Rehearsal Dinner at the Club. Those Parties that host both their Rehearsal Dinner and Wedding Reception at Townsend Ridge - will receive a $125 credit to their final bill.

Food & Beverage -  All Guests will be prohibited from bringing any food and beverage items on to the club’s premises (excluding Wedding cakes)

Menu Selection -  The menu selections for your function should be confirmed with your personal coordinator no later than 30 days prior to your scheduled date. When selecting a “split menu” option there is a three dollar additional charge per person. A seating plan and color-coded place cards will be necessary to account for each meal’s placement. Should you choose not to predetermine a seating plan, you will be required to purchase (10) additional meals to accommodate those guests who may alter their selection. Room Fee for any event is $1,000.00 (May - September) and $500.00 (October - April) for five hours. Wedding packages include five hours of Ballroom usage. A charge of $125 for each additional half hour will apply to your final bill.

Alcoholic Beverage Service -  Alcoholic beverages may not be consumed in the State of Massachusetts by anyone under the age of 21. Townsend Ridge reserves the right to check Identification and to refuse service to anyone that appears under age, suspicious or thought to be intoxicated by staff or management.

Service Staff -  Townsend Ridge will provide appropriate staff according to the number of guests attending your affair. Charges will apply if additional staffing is requested or required: service staff, exhibition chefs or bartenders.

Seating and Floor Plan Preparation -  Final plans should be determined no later than fourteen days prior to the scheduled date. Should you require custom seating, specialty linens or if seating exceeds our standard (200) than appropriate rental fees will be applied to the final bill.
